Rajoo Engineers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2009, inter alia, to allot equity shares on conversion of convertible warrants issued on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.30, up by Rs.0.70 or 4.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.30 and low of Rs.14.30.
