HCL Infosystems allots 750 equity shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on September 25, 2009 has allotted 750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per shares) to the employees on exercise of their stock options, under HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD. Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The stock was trading at Rs.157.90, up by Rs.1.30 or 0.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160.90 and low of Rs.155.25.
