Uma Petroproducts Board to consider capital reduction, issue of securities

Uma Petroproducts India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 04, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider the proposal for reduction in the paid up share capital of the company.

2. To consider the proposal of preferential allotment of share.

3. To discuss the proposal of submitting restructure package to the bankers of the company in respect of loans outstanding.

4. To consider the proposal of diversification in to the new areas of business like textile and infrastructure.

5. To consider and approve unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
