GTL Infrastructure allots 125000 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on September 23, 2009, has considered and approved allotment of 1,25,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.75, down by Rs.1.05 or 2.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39 and low of Rs.37.60.

The total traded quantity was 1228077 compared to 2 week average of 1711434.
