SEL Manufacturing approves allotment of 66 lakh warrants

SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2009, has approved the allotment of 66,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants at Rs. 70/- each aggregating to Rs. 462.00 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.72, up by Rs.1.60 or 2.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.95 and low of Rs.70.

The total traded quantity was 458139 compared to 2 week average of 791202.
