Celebrity Fashions allots 7500 Equity Shares

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors have allotted 7500 Equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.

Further the Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 18,13,58,390 comprising of 1,81,35,839 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 18,14,33,390 comprising of Rs 1,81,43,339 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.15, down by Rs.0.35 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.55 and low of Rs.19.

The total traded quantity was 14180 compared to 2 week average of 6029.
