Rishi Laser approves preferential issue of 10 lakh shares

Rishi Laser Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 17, 2009, has approved the proposal for the issue of upto 10,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.37.05, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.50 and low of Rs.36.30.

The total traded quantity was 41729 compared to 2 week average of 39923.
