GTL Infrastructure allots 780000 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on September 16, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 7,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.20, up by Rs.0.60 or 1.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.40 and low of Rs.36.45.

The total traded quantity was 2190092 compared to 2 week average of 1369997.
