Dewan Housing Finance allots 26704 equity shares

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that Committee of Directors at its meeting held on September 15, 2009, have allotted 26,704 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

With the aforesaid allotment the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 81,98,60,280/- divided into 8,19,86,028 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.143.10, up by Rs.2.50 or 1.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146 and low of Rs.141.60.

The total traded quantity was 220523 compared to 2 week average of 80802.
