Filatex Fashions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 15, 2009, inter alia, for considering the conversion of 19,04,545 warrants issued on March 15, 2008 into Equity shares and consequent allotment of shares arising thereon and other related matters thereto.
