Control Print allots 48000 Equity Shares

Control Print Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, has made allotment of 48,000 (Forty Eight Thousand) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 4,80,000/- fully paid-up, to the Employees of the Company, on exercise of Option under Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.80, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.30 and low of Rs.27.45.

The total traded quantity was 1235 compared to 2 week average of 17786.
