Pentamedia Graphics to consider allotment of shares on Sep 18, 2009

Pentamedia Graphics Ltd has announced that the Company has fixed Record Date, for determining the list of Shareholders who are entitled to receive One Equity Share of Re. 1/- each of Pentamedia Graphics Ltd for every Five Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held by them in Pentasoft Technologies Ltd and also to allot equity shares of Re. 1/- of Pentamedia Graphics Ltd to the agreed Secured Creditors of Pentasoft Technologies Ltd as per and in pursuance to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, Amalgamation and Compromise between Pentosoft Technologies Ltd with Pentamedia Graphics Ltd ("Scheme"}.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 18, 2009, to consider & approve allotment of equity shores of Rs. 1/- each of the Transferee Company to the shareholders of the Transferor Company, holding shares in physical mode and / or demat mode, who are entitled to receive shares as on the record date fixed for the purpose as per the approved Scheme and other related matters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2.58, down by Rs.0.07 or 2.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.75 and low of Rs.2.56.

The total traded quantity was 214242 compared to 2 week average of 311448.
