Supertex Industries allots warrants on preferential basis

Supertex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2009, has allotted Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis to all the eligible Allottees, which were approved in the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on August 22, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.49, down by Rs.1.90 or 3.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55 and low of Rs.48.

The total traded quantity was 23815 compared to 2 week average of 42603.
