PI Industries to consider fund raising proposal on Sep 16, 2009

PI Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 16, 2009, inter alia, to consider, fund raising proposal including issue and allotment of securities on Preferential basis to select Private Equity Funds and also to fix the date, time and place of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Company for obtaining their approval for this purpose.
