Vyapar Industries to consider preferential issue on Sep 22, 2009

Vyapar Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider preferential issue of convertible warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.28, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.55 and low of Rs.27.60.
