Aryaman Financial allots 2388000 shares on conversion of warrants

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2009 has allotted 23,88,000 Equity Shares against conversion of Equity Share Warrants, which were earlier issued to promoter and others. The Company has already received the balance money receivables against these Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14, up by Rs.0.40 or 2.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.25 and low of Rs.14.

The total traded quantity was 1000 compared to 2 week average of 1324.
