Deccan Aviation allots 19,63,640 shares to Investec Bank (UK) Ltd

Deccan Aviation Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on December 23, 2006, has approved the allotment of 19,63,640 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Investec Bank (UK) Ltd, London at a price of Rs 150/- per share (Premium of Rs 140/- per share).

Accordingly, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 100,14,56,470/-.
