Opto Circuits closes bid period for QIP issue

Opto Circuits India Ltd has announced that the duly authorised QIP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on September 08, 2009, decided to close the Bid Period in relation to the Issue.

As communicated earlier, the Floor Price for the issue of Equity Shares is Rs. 186.63 per Equity Share calculated in accordance with Regulation 85 of SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Relevant Date for this purpose is September 04, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.188.90, up by Rs.1.40 or 0.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.194 and low of Rs.185.55.

The total traded quantity was 317487 compared to 2 week average of 361633.
