Gayatri Projects allots 10 lakh shares to Reliance Infrastructure Fund

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 08, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 175/- per share on preferential basis to M/s. "Reliance Capital Trustee Co. Ltd - Reliance Infrastructure Fund".

The stock closed the day at Rs.302.25, up by Rs.7.40 or 2.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.309.55 and low of Rs.295.
