Electrosteel Castings to consider NCD issue on Sep 15, 2009

Electrosteel Castings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of Non Convertible Debenture with equity warrants and also issue of equity shares to QIB on QIP basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.44.20, up by Rs.1.45 or 3.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.30 and low of Rs.42.

The total traded quantity was 3155118 compared to 2 week average of 1379379.
