K Sera Sera Productions approves issue of warrants to "The Times Group"

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2009, inter alia, has considered the issue of Convertible Warrants to "The Times Group- Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd " up to 10% of the Capital of the Company on preferential basis subject to the necessary statutory and other approval as the case may be.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.88, up by Rs.0.75 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.88 and low of Rs.15.50.
