Action Financial Services to issue warrants

Action Financial Services India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, has decided and approved the issue of warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to investors in accordance with the prevailing guidelines and subject to the approval of members and other appropriate authorities.

The Board has decided to convey Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on September 30, 2009 and also approved the notice of convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board resolved to propose the ratification of extension of redemption period amounting to change in terms of issue of Preference Shares, which have already been approved by Preference Shareholders.
