Financial Technologies allots 65500 equity shares

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2009, has allotted 65,500 equity shares to the employees of the Company on account of exercise of Stock Options under Option - III of ESOP - 2005 Scheme of the Company.

Subsequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will comprise of 45949137 number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, aggregating to Rs. 9,18,98,274/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1463.80, up by Rs.25.25 or 1.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1479 and low of Rs.1439.

The total traded quantity was 24837 compared to 2 week average of 44715.
