Educomp Solutions allots 2355 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration Committee of the Company on September 01, 2009 has allotted 2355 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their conversion option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,93,98,270/- consisting of 1,89,39,827 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 18,94,21,820/- consisting of 1,89,42,182 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4070.10, down by Rs.64.35 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4190 and low of Rs.4050.

The total traded quantity was 173921 compared to 2 week average of 192333.
