Finolex Industries to raise Rs 50 crores

Finolex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, has approved issue of 500 Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures of Rs 1.0 million each aggregating to Rs 500 million on private placement basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.53.55, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.80 and low of Rs.52.20.

The total traded quantity was 21105 compared to 2 week average of 73312.
