Ind Swift Laboratories allots 637000 shares

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2009, has allotted 6,37,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 60/- per shares to Promoters Group upon the conversion of 6,37,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (SERIES 2008).

The stock was trading at Rs.61, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.63 and low of Rs.56.40.
