REI Six Ten Retail to issue warrants

REI Six Ten Retail Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved to increase in authorized capital from Rs. 35.69 Crores to Rs. 50 Crores subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.

The Board has given in principle approval of issue of Share warrants up to Rs. 100 Crores subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.

The Board also approved the notice for calling the Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2009.

The stock last traded on August 28, 2009 at Rs.800. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.800 and low of Rs.755.

The total traded quantity was 2375 compared to 2 week average of 2773.
