Bilcare to raise US$ 35 million through GDR issue

Bilcare Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2009, has approved and proposed the Issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDR)/ Equity Shares by the Company, not exceeding USD 35 million subject to required approvals, including approval of Members of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.421, up by Rs.3.75 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.438.90 and low of Rs.412.05.

The total traded quantity was 11141 compared to 2 week average of 19653.
