Brels Infotech allots 20,03,23,500 shares on amalgamation

Brels Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 25, 2006, inter alia, has allotted 20,03,23,500 Equity to the shareholders of the transferor Companies in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation since confirmed by an order of Calcutta High Court dated November 28, 2006. The necessary Form No 2 is being filed with ROC, Kolkata for registration of the Return of Allotment.
