First Winner Industries to consider issue of warrants on Aug 31, 2009

First Winner Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters, their relatives, promoter group and to others.

The Board will consider the issue 10% Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference shares to promoters, relatives, promoter group and to others.

The Board will also consider increase in the authorized share capital and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.85, up by Rs.1.20 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.85 and low of Rs.25.20.

The total traded quantity was 8947 compared to 2 week average of 4351.
