Jain Irrigation allots 125151 shares

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that Sub-Committee of the Board of the Company in its meeting held on August 28, 2009 allotted 1,25,151 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 at a premium of Rs. 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 975 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCB's) of USD 1,000 each in terms of Notification received from the holer and in terms of Offering Circular dated March 24, 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.693.50, down by Rs.7.25 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.710 and low of Rs.688.90.
