Splash Media Works allots 1096500 warrants, to change name

Splash Media Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 10,96,500 warrants on preferential basis to the interested investors of the Company.

The Company has received the name approval for change of name of the Company from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai as "SPLASH MEDIA & INFRA LTD" and accordingly the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the above said name in the place of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.159.90, up by Rs.7.60 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.159.90 and low of Rs.159.90.

The total traded quantity was 543 compared to 2 week average of 7945.
