Gemstone Investments to consider cancellation of warrants on Aug 27, 2009

Gemstone Investments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2009, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the proposal to cancel the Convertible Warrants issue on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.40, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.50 and low of Rs.24.40.
