GEE allots 4725175 Bonus Shares

GEE Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2009, has approved the allotment of 47,25,175 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each as bonus Shares in the proportion of one bonus equity share for every four equity shares held i.e. 1:4.

The stock closed the day at Rs.57.60, down by Rs.2.95 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.95 and low of Rs.57.55.

The total traded quantity was 5899 compared to 2 week average of 4681.
