SV Electricals to consider preferential issue on Sep 04, 2009

SV Electricals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, to consider the change in the situation of Registered Office of the Company from the state of Madhya Pradesh to another state.

The Board will also consider change in the Name of the Company.

The Board will consider Preferential Allotment of Shares and Increase the Share Capital of the Company.

The Board will also consider reconstitution of the Board of directors and alteration in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.83, up by Rs.0.32 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.83 and low of Rs.6.83.
