SAAG RR Infra to consider preferential issue on Aug 27, 2009

SAAG RR Infra Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of equity shares on preferential basis to prospective strategic investors.

The Board has approved notice convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company, seeking their approval for the proposed issue of shares under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.10, up by Rs.1.10 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.10 and low of Rs.22.15.

The total traded quantity was 86155 compared to 2 week average of 203561.
