Yenkey Drugs allots 14,00,000 equity share warrants

Yenkey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that in pursuance of resolution passed in the Board of Directors meeting held on July 11, 2006 the Company has allotted 14,00,000 equity share warrants, further the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 21, 2006, has decided to issue Share warrant certificates for 4,00,000 as the payment is received in full.
