Intense Technologies to issue 6 lakh warrants to Bennett Coleman & Co

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2009, inter alia, has proposed for issue of 6,00,000 Equity Warrants convertible into equity shares to M/s. Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd at a price to be arrived at in terms of SEBI guidelines and subject to all such approvals as may be required.

The Board has appointed Mr. V. S. Mallick, as the Additional Director of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.43, up by Rs.0.59 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.43 and low of Rs.12.01.

The total traded quantity was 12522 compared to 2 week average of 11632.
