HDFC allots 122323 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on August 25, 2009, allotted 1,22,323 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,72,59,270 consisting 28,47,25,927 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2511.90, down by Rs.4.90 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2535 and low of Rs.2441.

The total traded quantity was 103511 compared to 2 week average of 143173.
