ORG Informatics EGM approves issue of warrants

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 22, 2006, Chairman of the Meeting, Mr. Ajoy K Khandheria recommended the Shareholders that the Company is continous to get alternate opportunities of investments to meet the requirement of the growth in business etc., therefore, the proposal for issuance of 6 Lac Convertible Equity Warrants at the rate of Rs 170/- to Albrireo Enterpirses, Inc. USA and Tulip Biochem Pvt Ltd., presently need not be considered and the same shall be considered at a separate meeting of the shareholders in the light of the upcoming new opportunities, if need arises. The same was unanimously approved by all the members present at the meeting.
