Religare Enterprises allots 30038 Equity Shares under ESOS

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 25, 2009, has allotted 30,038 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 76,379,858 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 763,798,580/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.384.50, up by Rs.1.65 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.387 and low of Rs.378.30.

The total traded quantity was 2235 compared to 2 week average of 3377.
