Bhartiya International to consider preferential issue on Aug 28, 2009

Bhartiya International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2009, to consider the issue of Convertible warrants on preferential basis subject to the requisite approvals.

The stock closed the day at Rs.35.80, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.90 and low of Rs.35.

The total traded quantity was 767 compared to 2 week average of 952.
