Mold Tek Technologies to consider preferential issue on Sep 01, 2009

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 01, 2009, inter alia, to decide date and venue for the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting.

The Board will fix record date / book closure date for paying dividend.

The Board will also consider issue of shares and warrants to promoters and strategic investors under preferential offer and issue of shares to employees under ESOP Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.78.90, up by Rs.0.95 or 1.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81.75 and low of Rs.75.50.

The total traded quantity was 17138 compared to 2 week average of 23316.
