Confidence Petroleum to consider allotment of 5,00,00,000 warrants

Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 28, 2006, to consider the following:

1. The allotment of 5,00,00,000 warrants of Rs 1/- issued on preferential basis.

2. The allotment of shares issued pursuant to scheme of arrangement approved by High Court of Mumbai on August 13, 2006.

3. To discuss the consolidation of group companies as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
