Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that it is reported to the Company by Mr. Dinesh Nandwana (one of the Promoters) and hence, 1,00,000 (0.47%) equity shares of Mr. Parasram Jhamnani (one of the Promoters) jointly held with Mr. Dinesh Nandwana and 1,00,000 (0.47%) equity shares of Mrs. Jyoti Jhamnani (one of the Promoters) jointly held with Mr. Dinesh Nandwana have been acquired by Mr. Dinesh Nandwana solely with effect from August 21, 2009, and that the total individual shareholding of Mr. Dinesh Nandwana is 23,43,300 (10.95%) equity shares with effect from August 21, 2009.
