JIK Industries allots 624100 shares

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 6,24,100 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par to Promoter as per Hon'ble BIFR Order dated August 26, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.9.56, down by Rs.0.30 or 3.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.55 and low of Rs.9.08.
