Su-Raj Diamonds to consider preferential issue on Aug 26, 2009

Su-Raj Diamonds & Jewellery Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 26, 2009, to consider the issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) in accordance with the Guidelines for Preferential Issues contained in Chapter XIII of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines.

The stock was trading at Rs.40.70, up by Rs.1.20 or 3.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42 and low of Rs.40.

The total traded quantity was 8664 compared to 2 week average of 52356.
