Redington India allots 46500 Shares

Redington India Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved, on August 21, 2009, the allotment of 46,500 (Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) equity shares of Rs 10/-.

27,830 equity shares each were allotted at a premium of Rs 120/- per share and 18,670 equity shares each were allotted at a premium of Rs 155/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.

The stock closed the day at Rs.225, down by Rs.3.55 or 1.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.228.65 and low of Rs.224.05.

The total traded quantity was 9555 compared to 2 week average of 134047.
