Bilpower approves allotment of 8,91,930 shares on conversion of warrants

Bilpower Ltd has announced that the Members of the Committee for Conversion of Warrants into equity shares (CoD) at its meeting held on December 16, 2006 has accorded its consent and approved the allotment of 8,91,930 shares arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares of the Company in favour of following allottees:

1. Abhivadan Properties Pvt Ltd - 156900 (No. of shares allotted arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares).

2. Ashadeep Multitrade Pvt Ltd - 17100 (No. of shares allotted arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares).

3. Clever Consultants Pvt Ltd - 173000 (No. of shares allotted arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares).

4. Radiance Exim Pvt Ltd - 486830 (No. of shares allotted arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares).

5. Veedhata Towers Pvt Ltd - 58100 (No. of shares allotted arising out of conversion of warrants into equity shares).
