Dollex Industries allots 25130000 warrants

Dollex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2009, has allotted 2,51,30,000 warrants convertible into equity shares (at any time within 18 months from August 18, 2009) of Rs 5/- each at a price of Rs 7.50 per share at cash to the concerned allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.99, down by Rs.0.04 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.35 and low of Rs.7.69.
